Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The Art and Science of Dispute Resolution is an Edmonton based ADR project providing innovative party focused solutions.

Parties wish to find a solution to their problem and avoid costly litigation. Frequently, the parties also need or want to have the option to continue doing business together after an issue arises.

Dispute resolution options fall within two major categories: 

• The first involves the parties themselves maintaining control over the process and determine the outcome. This category includes techniques such as mediation and negotiation. 

• The second involves a neutral third party hearing what the parties can say and providing a solution for them. This category includes techniques such as arbitration and litigation.

In order to facilitate the best use of your time and money, we will sit down with you and decide what course of action you would like to take. Whatever your problem, he will use every means possible to settle the conflict at its earliest stage with the best dispute resolution technique that meets your needs.
